This blog is intended to share my experiences and the things I’ve learned about living a healthy and active life. It will have information about weight loss, activity (exercise), and health. It may have some commentary about society. My primary exercise is running, with some walking and cycling. I’m a fan of these sports and compete regularly. Howdy Wayne! Since Thanksgiving is over, something a little topical?It's been over a year since you "spiraled to 174 pounds." How's the weight battle coming along? I managed to gain a pound over the holidays, but need to be more careful for the season. Ringing in the new year I'll be adding my own blog at blogger.com, do you like the new beta??? I've seen some comments about beta, and like some of its features over the original, but can't comment personally on it yet. Many of the comments I'd seen were negative, but I have a suspicion that many were transition pains. I like Blogger, though I've had some trouble, esp with inability to post pix at times. I can usually work around it, but it affects ease and timeliness.
Howdy Wayne! You're probably correct, most negative complaints are from those who are having transition pains. Wasn't too long ago when the runnersworld.com forum site had changed formats, causing outrage from many who had a difficult time adjusting...some left the site for good. Happy trails, Bruce
