This blog is intended to share my experiences and the things I’ve learned about living a healthy and active life. It will have information about weight loss, activity (exercise), and health. It may have some commentary about society. My primary exercise is running, with some walking and cycling. I’m a fan of these sports and compete regularly. The best advice would be to search around for prices, not direct people to a blog that gives incorrect prices. Walgreens for instance charges $60 for 90 day supply, not over $100 as the blog suggests.
The retail stores also provide a greater range of services than does a cost savings club such as Sam's Club or Costco. You also have to factor in convenience (ie drive thru, 24 hour locations, national chains, ect) when you think about caring for your family.
