It may have some commentary about society. My primary exercise is running, with some walking and cycling. I’m a fan of these sports and compete regularly. I think 300kcal is loads to burn in 45 min walk, I haven't garmined any fast walks yet! Sounds fun! sorry about your back, you're doing all the right things tho i think/i hope...
Congrats on going to the gym 3x!!! I sprained my right wrist last week and have been unable to lift weights since. Geez, why am I so accident prone lately, is it because I'm getting older?
Hang tough in your weight loss progress!!! Losing two pounds per week would be ideal.
