Signs of Improvement

My poison ivy looks horrific. I seem to have a new outbreak just above and outside my left knee. The back of my neck seems to have come up late yesterday. Yet, none of these new outbreaks seem as severe as the early ones. Further, the indsides of my forearms seem less angry than before. My face, especially my left cheek, is swollen. I have a blister the size of a couple of kernels of corn between my right index and middle finger. I think I'm seeing signs of improvement, but I'm not positive.

Meantime, I've managed to train each day, though I won't go hard feeling as I do. Just lowering my right hand makes my wrist throb. I haven't run today, but I'll be going shortly.

Howdy! Saw the "Phantom of the Opera" at the Venetian Hotel & Casino last weekend and your latest description of your infected self reminds me of the Phantom's appearance! Happy trails, Bruce
